Villa La Milanina

The recently renovated Limoni cottage, overlooking Lipari Bay, with its own entrance and parking, is part of our family complex, "Villa la Milanina." The cottage is located about 780 meters from the historic center, at 200 meters above sea level, cool and away from the chaos but still a 10-minute walk from all the amenities of the center. It can accommodate up to 2 people, and with its magnificent view, it is the perfect location for those who want to relax and enjoy their vacation in tranquility on the terrace overlooking the sea. 

THE SPACE

Very well-kept and tastefully furnished, it consists of a large masonry kitchen in classic Aeolian style and fully equipped, a beautiful double bedroom, and bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and courtesy set upon arrival of guests. The private terrace, with characteristic Aeolian architecture composed of e-pulera and bisuoli (the columns with their masonry seats), is equipped for meals and for relaxing and enjoying the evening with Lipari Castle and the sea in the background. 

GUEST ACCESS

The entrance and free parking are independent. The cottage is part of the old villa belonging to our family that has been recently renovated keeping alive its typical Aeolian style.  

All guests can use the solarium located inside the complex, equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas, and hammocks!

We had bicycles so getting into town was a breeze and sitting on the hillside was quiet and relaxing with spectacular views from the large veranda. The unit is well equipped.
